"Print was okay, but the embroidery could be better"
The print was actually okay at first, but it faded sooner than I expected. The embroidery didn’t look that great either, the stitching was kind of messy in a few spots.

I feel a bit embarrassed admitting how impatient I got, but the package did arrive later than expected. Everything was fine when it showed up though, so overall it was okay.

I don’t know why, but the prices just felt too high for what I got. It didn’t really feel worth the money to me

"I was excited to get my order..."
I was excited to get my order, but the print looked a bit faded right out of the package. The material also felt thinner than I expected. It’s not completely unusable or anything, but it definitely didn’t match what I had in mind. I’m a little torn because I wanted to like it, but I probably wouldn’t order again

Ordering was fine overall, but checkout was a bit of a drag tbh. The site worked okay, though I did have to reload once, which was kinda annoying. I got my confirmation after that, so it wasn’t a big deal, just average.

"took way longer than i expected"
i ordered thinking it would be finished in a normal amount of time, but it ended up just sitting there for longer than i was expecting. i had to keep checking for updates, and it threw off my schedule a bit. the product itself wasn’t bad, but the turnaround time was frustrating

"Support took a while, but they did respond"
I really wanted to have a smoother experience because the service itself seems solid, but support was a bit slow for me. It took a few days to get a reply, and the first answer didn’t fully solve what I needed. I had to follow up again, which was a little frustrating. Not a terrible experience overall, but it would be better if they were quicker when people need help.
